The Ministry of Science and Technology ( MoST) has a vision to see Ethiopia’s holistic transformation grounded in scientific knowledge and innovation skill. MoST coordinates all actors of technology transfer activities involved in technology searching, selection, acquisition, learning, adaption and utilization. In addition, the ministry evaluates and provides commentary and recommendations as to whether or not the technology capacity building activities are aligned with development programs. To achieve its goals, the Department provides leadership, an enabling environment and resources for science, technology and innovation.
