An independent company since 30 September 1991. Full name – State Enterprise Vilnius International Airport. Founder – the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania. The airport provides aviation and non-aviation services to national and foreign economic entities as well as natural persons. Aircraft operations at the airport are based on a published timetable, i.e. scheduled flights, and some are not based on a scheduled timetable, i.e. charter flights.
