Eight years ago Elna founded the business, Esterhuizen Consulting, where she focused on Executive, Senior, Junior and Middle management, as well as graduate assessments and talent management. She added change management, organisational development and coaching to the portfolio of services. Our corporate client base operates within the following sectors: print media, manufacturing, retail and leisure. We offer services to individuals, community groups, as well as small to medium sized businesses. Elna is currently an associate at BIOSS and CEB SA where she works with clients such as: ABSA, Alexander Forbes, AngloGold, Armscor, CCBA, Discovery, Lonmin, Mango Airlines, MTN, Nedbank, Premier, SABMiller, SARB, SARS, Samancor, Sanlam, Santam, and UNISA. In April 2016 Daniel joined the business. This will take Esterhuizen Consulting to another level of service delivery and solution design.
