With a history of frequent family relocations, I have had to regularly reset my career. The resulting job searches and self-discovery set me on a path of wanting to help others through similar transitions. My background includes significant experience on the hiring side of the Labour Market; having worked in both external (Executive and Labour Hire) and internal recruitment (Executive, technology, media and high-volume call centre staff). I also spent two years working with University of Queensland to educate and prepare graduate students as they enter the job market. It is fair to say, I have seen ‘the Good, the Bad and the Ugly’ way to search for jobs.
