Magnuson Athletic Club (MAC) is located on the beautiful northwest shore of Lake Washington in Magnuson Park, Seattle, Washington. The MAC offers over 70 different group fitness classes free to members. We have a wide variety of formats from yoga to high-intensity strength and cardio classes. We also have an indoor cycle training program. The MAC has a full-court basketball gym and a spacious main floor equipped with a large variety of free weights and machines for resistance training. We provide step, elliptical, treadmill, and rowing machines as well as medicine balls, TRX, kettlebells, and bands for all members to use. Our well qualified personal training staff is highly conscious of designing programs that are very specific to a client, with appropriate modifications, and attention to safety. We also offer Small and Large Group training.
