A+D Collaborative is an Architectural Firm founded by Terry M. White in May of 2020 who is leveraging his 15 years of experience working as a Senior Designer and his relationships with talented Consultants who are also dedicated to helping his clients realize their architectural goals. In addition to providing professional Architectural services, A+D Collaborative will maintain a collaborative relationship with Real Estate Developers and other Development Investment Partners as we move to acquire property for Residential Development opportunities. We are very excited to be working with a prominent Tennessee Development Company on the planning of a 30+ acre residential development in our region. Our main areas of focus include: Single & Multi-Family Residential, Mixed Use Developments, Retail, Commercial, Senior Living & Worship Spaces.
