The Urban Peacemaker Evangelistic Fellowship Limited (UPEF) is a Christian social service organization set up in 1983. With the love of Christ, we walk hand in hand with marginalized families through various challenges in life, and together we will find hope and a way out. We provide care and support to underprivileged groups through concerted effort of the community at large. And by developing volunteers and setting up mutual assistance platforms, we put together sustainable support network and sharing and harmonious community.
