Our Mission: Reaching-Out Community Services leads the effort to eliminate hunger in our community by providing food, social services and programs that inspire self-reliance and community empowerment in a dignified manner. About Us: Reaching-Out Community Services, Inc. (RCS) was founded by Thomas Neve and became an official 501(c)(3) organization since 1992. RCS provides services to low-income individuals and families in the five boroughs of NYC. It is instrumental that our clients receive the essential services and support available to meet their needs in a compassionate way.
