SMaRT (Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapy) was started in 2009 to provide outpatient physical therapy in southeast Georgia. We started with one physical therapist treating patients in Waycross and Jesup, GA. In 2010, Garrett Pye, PT, was added to our clinical staff. Garrett is now the clinical director of our Jesup office. SMaRT has seen significant growth over the last 5 years. We have been able to add locations in Douglas and Baxley over the last 2 years.
