We also assist our clients to comply with mandatory requirements and provide advisory on organization planning, trust arrangement and company restructuring. Wing On Finance and Consultancy Limited: We are engaged in the enterprise financing service level of specialized organizations. We provide comprehensive high quality corporate financing and the advisory services for our customers which including Initial Public Offer (IPO), merge and acquisition, share allotment, business take over, financial consultant on property and business reorganization.
