Royal currently has ten service and installation trucks on the road to provide excellent and prompt service to our customers during the normal business hours of 8am to 4:30pm. Royal also provides after hours, emergency, service as a benefit to their customers with technicians on call 24/7. The majority of Royal's service technicians and installers have over 20 years of field experience; some have been a part of Royal's team for over 30 years. Royal's office is centrally located in Willoughby, Ohio so we are able to provide prompt and efficient service for our customers in North East Ohio. Royal Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Inc. holds State of Ohio licenses in Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Hydronics and Electrical. All service technicians and Installers hold the State of Ohio certification for refrigerant reclaim. Royal has been a member of ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) since 2000.
