The Observatory of Catalan Political Parties (OPCAT) has been created and designed as the first instrument/ space to collect and systematize useful information to analyze the internal functioning of political parties in Catalonia. OPCAT has a team of political scientist and party politics experts from Pompeu Fabra University The project has the institutional and financial support of the Catalan Government (Generalitat de Catalunya) and the academic advice from the Political Party Database Project.
