Pustekkom is a part of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Our mission is to solve educational problems and also to improve the quality of human resource in Indonesia through the use of ICT for education. Our main duties is to implement, coordinate and develop activities in the field of information and communication technology for education. Currently we have 7 main products, they are: 1. Rumah Belajar (House of Learning Portal) an internet-based and web-based learning management system, media and resources for teachers and student. (http://belajar.kemdikbud.go.id) 2. Jardiknas (National Education Network) a Wide Area Network (WAN) designed for education and culture. 3. TV Edukasi (TV for education) a satellite based TV station dedicated for education that re-broadcast by local TV, TVRI and pay TV. (http://tve.kemdikbud.go.id) 4. Suara Edukasi (the voice of education) and Radio Edukasi (Radio for education) a terrestrial broadcast in AM frequencies dedicated to student, educator and public.
