Soglasnik Language Cooperative is not yet another language service provider. The Cooperative was established by committed young language professionals who wanted better working conditions and a friendlier work environment. Our services: • Translation of all types of texts, proofread by native speakers • Proofreading • Simultaneous, consecutive and whispered interpreting • Tailor-made individual, group and online language courses The cooperative principles we follow are: • JOINT OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT: All members of the cooperative are also its owners and take business decisions jointly and co-manage the Cooperative. • FAIR WORK, FAIR PAY: The greater part of the revenue goes to the person actually performing a job. In view of this, the Cooperative retains approximately 20% of the total order value, whereas the remaining amount is paid to our translators, proofreaders, interpreters, or teachers. • TRANSPARENT BUSINESS: Our revenue distribution is clear and accessible to both our clients and our members. • WE CARE ABOUT LOCAL ENVIRONMENT: We deduct 1.2% of our total revenues to our local environment fund. The fund is intended to promote various projects, for example free language teaching assistance for disadvantaged children. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, let's go together.
