By sourcing Funding and ATE insurance, you can transfer these risks, thus removing them from your balance sheet. We can assist law firms in sourcing scheme disbursement funding, WIP funding and/or insurance and funding for individual clients. We compare quotes from multiple providers, undertaking the leg work for you. For funders, we want to add reputable funders to our panel to refer to our clients to for funding. Where you decide to fund a case and require ATE insurance, we can assist in arranging it along with deeds of indemnity, and providing relevant information in relation to it.
