FITGirl, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that helps young girls find their greatness within and empower them to embrace their own unique self by equipping them with the tools needed to navigate confidently through their teenage years. We do this through community empowerment courses, after-school programs and adventure camps with coaches and mentors who instill confidence and courage with educational and physical fitness activities.
