Tip a ScRxipt is a payment and debit card issuing platform that allows intermediaries, such as healthcare providers, health insurance plans, employers and pharmaceutical companies, to efficiently deploy their payment assistance programs for prescription medications and other medical expenses. Funds contributed to a patient’s, employee’s or members’s Tip a ScRxipt account are accessed through branded debit cards that are redeemable only for medical expenses such as prescription medication, medical supplies, and medical equipment at authorized merchants. Peer funding will be an additional feature through the soon to be developed app, allowing friends and family to contribute to a Tip a ScRxipt account to assist their loved ones with out-of-pocket medical expenses.
