We are Empowered Homes and we believe that a good life starts with a good home. At Empowered Homes we enable vulnerable adults to live in their own homes, empowering them to live as independently as possible and enjoy a high quality of life, grow and thrive. We work in partnership with care providers and housing associations who operate in the Supported Living care sector, to develop high quality new homes. To date we have delivered over 75 properties, giving new homes to nearly 1000 vulnerable adults.
