The Agile Leadership Institute exists to address the single biggest challenge to Agile adoption - the gap between existing organizational culture and the principles and values of Agile. We believe that bridging this gap is the primary work of agile leadership. We work with leaders of Agile transformations at all levels: Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, managers, and executive leaders; to develop the agility of their leadership, so that they can more effectively catalyze organizational transformation. Our purpose is to catalyze the evolution of "Teal" leadership in the Agile world through personally transformative workshops, programs and coaching.
