Genesis Spiritual Life and Conference Center, a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Providence of Holyoke, Massachusetts, welcomes persons of all faiths, spiritual paths, and walks of life. Founded in 1976, the Center offers on-site and online programs, retreats, sabbaticals, and meeting/conference space to guests who appreciate a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit. Located in Westfield, Massachusetts, the Center is a part of the vibrant arts, culture, and natural beauty of Western Massachusetts. Genesis is also home to the Providence Arboretum set on nineteen wooded acres, where the grounds are kept in concert with nature’s wisdom. The 7,000 square foot meticulously maintained Carriage House, built-in 1829, and the main building, with its dining halls, chapel, meeting rooms, and 30 private and shared guest rooms, invoke serenity, peace, and contemplation.
