The Heart and Stroke Foundation is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization that leads in eliminating heart disease and stroke and reducing their impact for Canadians. The Foundation achieves this through the advancement of research and its application, the promotion of healthy living and advocacy at the provincial and national level.
