Centennial Mining Limited, formerly A1 Consolidated Gold Limited, is a junior gold producer. The Company is engaged in the gold exploration, development and mining activities within central and eastern Victoria. It owns a suite of gold operating and development assets in Victoria, Australia: A1 Underground Mine, Porcupine Flat Mill (Maldon), Walhalla Goldfield and Maldon Goldfield. The A1 Gold Mine is located at the Northern end of the Woods Point-Walhalla Goldfield, approximately 120 kilometers east-northeast of Melbourne, in north-eastern Victoria. The Porcupine Flat Gold Processing Facility is located adjacent to Maldon, approximately 140 kilometers northwest of Melbourne in central Victoria. The Walhalla tenement is located approximately 70 kilometers southeast of the A1 Underground Mine, approximately 150 kilometers east of Melbourne. The Maldon Gold operation consists of exploration and mining licenses overlying the Maldon, Wehla, Campbelltown, Amherst and Dunolly Goldfields.
