The Downtown Committee is a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization that represents all property owners and tenants within the central business district. We are at the nexus of the public and private partnership that brings about improvement and revitalization. As the steward of the Downtown Special Assessment District, the Downtown Committee plays an essential role in keeping Downtown clean, attractive, accessible, safe, growing, dynamic, exciting, inclusive and welcoming for all.
