We provide a FREE Recall Check and 90-Day Warranty to all our clients. The Recall Check provides insight into the history of your appliances and alerts for any recalls in the future. The 90-Day Warranty covers the items inspected and the condition of the house on the day of the inspection. All inspections are performed in accordance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Upon receipt of payment, a clearly written report, including pictures as needed, will be provided within 24 hours of inspection. We accept payment via cash, check, credit-debit card.
