Ajinomatrix is a startup aiming at digitizing the senses of taste and smell for the food industry. The current players use Artificial Intelligence, but trapped inside their slow moving proprietary solutions: we believe we can achieve faster results via AI. We make it a separate software component, open source/open science in order to accelerate and multiply the potential contributions, and also open to more interfaces and more data. Since the critical success factor of AI is the amount of data, we believe we are on the right track.
