THE VERDEX STORY Our Founder and President, Rex Kirby, ran the southeastern division for a national contractor and grew them from a struggling division to a $400+ million annual powerhouse. Along the way, he learned what worked and what didn’t. He took those collective experiences, listened to industry associates, weaved in his own beliefs, and created Verdex's “best practices” as the foundation for Verdex’s philosophies, processes and procedures.
