Three main services areas are addressed: Strategy Strategy definition and deployment, operating model design, footprint optimization, distribution network design M&A Commercial and operations due-diligence, carve-outs, post-merger integration Transformation Supply chain planning, operations improvement, lean, six-sigma, end-to-end supply chain transformation, procurement Projects can be delivered by individuals or through extended independent work. The business is based in London, but projects can be delivered internationally.
