Taylor's Strength is a sports performance service and centre for athletes from strength sports to enhance their abilities. Founded in 2011, Taylor's Strength's HQ is located in the heart of Liverpool, the city centre, with a facility dedicated to strength sports; Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman. Our coaches are masters of their craft with thousands of hours coaching athletes at the gym, and at regional, national & international competitions. The Taylor's Strength community is what makes the experience like no other, brushing shoulders with strongmen and women while you share a platform with a competitive weightlifter or powerlifter creates an atmosphere and level of camaraderie not seen before.
