Women's Career Society is a network for female business students looking for support and inspiration for their careers. Completely student-driven, the association is run by 10 female business students from Aalto University and Hanken School of Economics. The main goals of WCS is to close the gender gap in specialist and leadership positions by empowering, inspiring and uniting female business students. We believe that strong networks build confidence, boost individual strenghts and enable people to motivate each other. Thus, we aim to unite talented business students regardless of their major or year of studies.
