At Intrinsic Birth, our mission is to educate and empower birthing people and their birth partners with evidence-based information, tools, and skills to confidently approach their labor, birth, and the postpartum period. At Intrinsic Birth, we view birth as a life transition for the whole family, as opposed to an individual medical event. We offer a six session live series focused on birth preparation essentials. You will find our classes and educational materials to have an evidence-based approach and a gentle openness that encourages questions and diverse perspectives. Our classes provide a structured space for birthing persons and their birth partners to explore and uncover physical and emotional support techniques that can be used throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
