Center without Walls ~ Temporary Alternative Services Our IADHS Community of Participants, Caregivers, and Staff are staying connected in meaningful ways as we continue to shelter at home until it is safe to gather again. In March 2020, our team quickly sprang into action to meet the emerging needs of our families by transforming our traditional center-based program to offer essential telehealth/virtual wellness checks, social contacts, health education, at-home activity packages, and resources to support our caregivers and keep our participants active and engaged. Though our services may look and feel different now, our team is committed to staying connected and offering personalized health monitoring, social engagement opportunities, and support to meet our family’s unique needs during these unprecedented times. Our Center without Walls programming continues to expand and evolve. Our team is actively preparing for a safe return to in-person programming with limited in-person appointments that will complement our telehealth/virtual programming in late spring, early summer.
