IIT BHU Global Alumni Association (IBGAA) is the association of alumni of the IIT (BHU), Varanasi. It includes all alumni, including BENCO, MINMET, IT BHU and other incarnations of the engineering college of BHU founded in 1919. The association is registered with the State of New Jersey, USA as the charitable, voluntary organization. The association is involved in various activities such as funding scholarships/travel grants for students, organizing global alumni meets and alumni reunions on campus while maintaining cordial relations with students, alumni, faculty and institute administration. The association also plays a stellar role in building the global brand of IIT (BHU), Varanasi by maintaining media relations on the international stage.
