And like all the best extended families, we’re here to help you every step of the way, with tailored support services that not only enable you to live with disability, but thrive with it. Established in 1991, Kira was created by a group of parents who had children with disabilities. Their goal: to improve the lives of people living with disability by providing the social opportunities and real-life experiences that existing disability services were unable or unwilling to provide.
