With more than 20 years experience, Eileen has facilitated diverse projects such as ideation sessions, team building, market research, TV casting research, naming studies and ethnography. Her projects have helped clients to improve awareness of their customers’ wants and needs, both conscious and unconscious, and successful ways to address those in new products, advertising and innovation. Projective techniques, which uncover deeper reasons for behavior, are the cornerstone of her methods. Her creative problem solving skills also help companies and teams solve problems, get un-stuck, think differently, and work together while planning and achieving strategic goals. Eileen applies processes that access the right brain and left brain and creates methods where participants use all learning styles: visual, auditory and kinesthetic. Eileen believes that humor and fun should be incorporated into all projects because they bond a team. People, who are happy and engaged, are much more creative than those who are not.
