HEC International Society (IS) is the largest student-led organization at HEC Paris and is currently made of 60 active members. Our Vision is to create a strong bond between all HEC students. In order to accomplish this, our Mission is to: (1) Welcome all international students coming from top universities around the world, (2) Organize 50 events/year for over 1500 students, and (3) Help international students create new clubs. Our organization was created in 2007 by a group of international Grande Ecole students who wished to see HEC Paris become a global school. In a few years IS has grown from a small venture to the largest student society on campus in terms of active members and number of events organized. Our team is recruited in following a rigorous selection process. In October each year, interested students send in candidatures followed by an interview phase. After a democratic selection process, the most motivated and suitable students are selected.
