We specialise in Property Development for Housing Associations, bringing skills and funding to assist Housing Associations deliver the required homes target set by Welsh Government. Our developments consist of New Build and Conversions, we also build for the open-market if the opportunity arises. We are advocates of Innovative Construction techniques, including Modern Methods of Construction and Off-Site Construction. Over our next projects we will be aiming to increase the use of Innovative Construction.
