Council On Aging of Volusia County (COA) is a private non-profit that provides critical services to local seniors to empower them to remain safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Services include nutritious meals through our Meals on Wheels program and Neighborhood Dining sites; vibrant Senior Center Activities; compassionate In-Home Care; Respite Care for clients with early-stage dementia and their caregivers; Guardianship; and much more.
