Customization, warranty and after sales support End users would need to provide us the desired specification and, our skilled engineers would design the bench by positioning the instrument based on the feasibility. This is followed by end user approval and further production. We provide end to end installation and demonstration of the products to our client. Our warranties are valid as per the industry standards and can be changed during purchase agreement. We provide after sales support and various Annual Maintenance Contracts can be signed post installation. TMCI warrants that all products of work performed by it under the Purchase Agreement, excluding work products furnished to it by customer for modification using third party instruments, will meet their specification and will not be subject to intellectual property rights of any person other than intellectual property rights of TMCI and customer arising under the purchase agreement.
