The Soho Road BID (Business Improvement District) is run by a board of 12 directors, a Local Authority Representative, Police Representative and managed by a BID Manager, Crime and Community Liaison Ambassador and 2 BID Ambassadors supporting 560 levy payers. Soho Road is a highly established business and shopping district. It's fame and success is built on the hard work of the local but very diverse community. Renown for its asian (Indian/Pakistani) clothes, jewellery and restaurants, so much so that it attracts customers from all over the UK and internationally. Soho road has become a magnet for shoppers due it's variety of shops from many cultural backgrounds that include Polish, Jamaican and Kurdish stores.
