Ali Holstein supports youth-serving programs and schools in defining success, measuring it, and the hard part - creating systems that foster collaboration and improvement. Ali has over a decade of experience in New York City and Newark working with schools and programs designed to serve young people who have not found success in traditional settings. Current projects include: (1) Facilitating Good Shepherd Services transfer school and evening programs in continuous improvement efforts focused on chronic absenteeism. (2) Supporting Newark Opportunity Youth Network in connecting and creating data systems that will enable leadership and staff to monitor and promote school and program performance.
