The Restructuring & Insolvency Network Western Australia (RINWA), formally known as IWIRC(WA), was formed in 2001 as a not-for-profit professional association for those working in insolvency, reconstruction and related fields. The objectives of RINWA are: 1. To promote diversity in insolvency related professions; 2. To provide opportunities for education and self-development for Members; 3. To assist our Members to share networks, experiences and business opportunities. The organisation’s diverse membership base includes lawyers, accountants, bankers, academics, litigation funders, insurance providers, valuers, auctioneers and policy makers. The RINWA Committee is comprised of 10-15 professionals (both male and female) in the insolvency sector.
