Blakeman & Associates is a HUB Certified, woman owned business which was established in 1988 to provide solid business solutions to companies seeking safety and human resource compliance. Although originally focused on providing “General Industry” safety and HR services, we adapted to meet the ever changing needs of clients and provide solutions for numerous industry-specific compliance and regulatory issues in areas of Safety, HR, DOT, *ISNetworld®, and more. In the late 80s, when the cost of Workers’ Compensation started to spiral out of control, there was a mass exodus of companies who knew they could reduce costs and have greater flexibility by creating customized benefit programs. However, responsible “Non-Subscribers” needed to have their own safety programs and HR policies in place when opting out of Workers’ Compensation. This created a huge demand for human resources and safety help — a need Blakeman & Associates identified and responded to accordingly. Blakeman & Associates serves a highly diverse range of industries, from government organizations to small businesses, large co-ops and more. This has afforded us the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in many sectors, including environmental, energy, fabrication, machining, nursing homes, and construction, to name a few. We take great pride building lasting partnerships and providing that one stop for total compliance.
