While seemingly simplistic in nature, this principle has eluded many larger independent agencies. What “do it right” meant then was: •Provide the very best possible service to our customers, not forgetting them after the sale has been made. •Provide our customers with all our expertise, to make sure to the best of our ability, that we have provided the optimal coverage at a reasonable premium. •Form a true partnership with the insurance companies that we represent; treating them the way we would like to be treated. In addition to those early principles that formed the foundation of our thinking, our staff’s many years of insurance experience, working in and with insurance companies and insurance agencies, has come together to help us develop a belief that melds our traditional values with dynamic ideas and thinking.
