Situated on the top two floors of The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester in White Plains, New York, it offers a unique combination of New American Cuisine with Iberian influences and authentic Portuguese and Spanish Tapas, impeccable service, and 360-degree views of Manhattan, Long Island Sound, the Hudson River and northern views.
