Founded in 1992, Salem-Keizer Community Development Corporation (Salem - Keizer CDC) is a local nonprofit organization of neighbors helping neighbors. Since 2000, Salem-Keizer CDC has been actively developing clean and safe affordable rental housing for individuals and families earning 60% or less of median income. Salem-Keizer CDC’s mission is to build community by empowering families and stabilizing neighborhoods through the creation of safe, high quality, affordable housing as well as providing community services and economic opportunities for our residents and neighbors.
