Created in 1969, Friends of Iowa PBS/Iowa PBS Foundation is committed to the development, growth and support of Iowa PBS through the building of a strong statewide membership base. Our members provide nearly 90% of the out-of-pocket costs of acquiring and producing general audience programming. Because 65,000 households across Iowa and its bordering states contribute to Friends, Iowa PBS programming continues to educate, enlighten and entertain.
