Inspired by the amazing contributions of youth in our communities, their contagious energy, and their desire and thirst for learning, Coach Chihab Kaab began to think of effective ways to develop young leaders. Coach Chihab has been mentoring and developing leaders for over 10 years and he always believed that nurturing leaders should start at an early age and should be done using practical, engaging, and enjoyable methods. From this came the idea of planting the seeds of leadership in high school and university-aged youth with the mission of inspiring and enabling young leaders to shape a better future. We are focused on addressing the three major leadership gaps in our communities: Character, Competence, and Succession. We have designed a number of offerings that we believe are essential for developing future leaders who inspire trust, act ethically, prioritize serving others, and pursue excellence.
