Since 2003 BAHC has been a catalyst for improving the lives of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) by creating and maintaining quality housing opportunities that meet the needs of the individual and the community. Since 2003 BAHC has grown to $69 million in assets and is a respected and stable 501(C)(3)organization. We own and maintain 46 properties that provide amazing homes for people with I/DD who are placed by our partnerships with San Andreas and Golden Gate Regional Centers. Our Vision: All people with I/DD have access to affordable, community-based housing that meets their individual preferences and support needs.
