We are a membership organization with our founding chapter based in the St Louis area. Our mission statement is passionate women in the automotive industry collaborating and leading members create industry career awareness. As leaders in the automotive industry, we have a pressing need to inspire young people to consider occupations in this industry. We have an aging work force, and we need kids to see this industry as a great career option.
