Circle Technologies was formed in June, 1994 in Atlanta to serve its clients by supplying exceptional I.T. talent for critical projects. The firm operated successfully for over eighteen years and was purchased by SPI Resources, also in Atlanta, in October 2012. Circle Technologies provided I.T. talent to customers, primarily in the Atlanta marketplace, on a contract, contract-to-perm and permanent placement basis. Our watchwords were quality, service and integrity and our distinction in the marketplace was that our Recruiters were former hands-on I.T. professionals (we were I.T. professionals placing I.T. professionals). We were blessed with excellent account managers and recruiters, a great group of consultants and wonderful customers including Norfolk Southern Corporation, Ceridian, the State of Georgia, the Georgia Institute of Technology, T-Mobile, BellSouth Mobility, Hitachi Telecommunications, Quality Technology Services (QTS), SunTrust Bank, the Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta and Richmond, eTrade Financial, Equifax Card Solutions (subsequently Certegy), Travelport, CheckFree Corporation, CIBA Vision, Total System Services (TSYS) and Shaw Industries.
